Well March is almost upon us, and the Fringe and summer are drawing to a close, but Perth still has Good Food Month ahead – always something to anticipate. Perth is set to be set ablaze by a series of exciting culinary and sensory experiences.
International and local chefs will electrify Perth with the aromas, tastes and buzz that only Good Food Month can deliver.
The list of chefs this year is headed by the world renowned Marco Pierre White who is teaming up with Australian star Neil Perry at Neil’s Rockpool Bar and Grill on March 15th – this is sure to be sell-out so get in quick to sample such dishes as baby leek terrine with Great Southern yabbies and caviar; charcoal roasted fish; Cape Grim aged rib-eye and much more all matched with specially selected wines.
Other events to anticipate are the Young Chef’s Lunch at Perth’s premier restaurant, Wildflower, on March 17th; the Beautiful Dinner by James Squire at Post in the State Buildings on March 22nd with beers matched to a three course meal; and the Pasta Battle presented by Brands Laira on March 23rd.
